Banana Cream Pie
From Adam's cooking class at co-op, Fall 2007
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
2 bananas
1 pre-made pie crust
Nilla wafers
Cool whip or whipped cream
Make pudding by following the package directions. Allow to cool for 30 minutes to thicken it up a little.
Cut up bananas into about 1" thick circles then place the bananas on top of the crust to line the bottom of the pie.
Spoon pudding into crust and fill it all the way to the top. Spoon on a thick layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding. Crush wafers and sprinkle on top.
Place in the fridge and let cool before serving.

Yogurt in a Cup
Adam made this in his first cooking class in co-op in the fall of 2007. His note on the page says "Adams favorites have a √". And this recipe has a check mark. Not a square root but apparently there is not a check mark to be had on the ALT list.
1½ cup flour
½ cup butter, melted
6 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
6 tsp cold water
large container of yogurt, any flavor
Preheat oven to 375°. In a bowl add flour and powdered sugar. Mix together. Add butter and stir until mixture is crumbly. Slowly stir in cold water and mix thoroughly. Grease muffin tins and spread dough in each of the muffin cups. Press dough up along sides of each cup. Bake until golden brown about 10 minutes. Allow to cool, fill with yogurt and serve. Makes 6
