Dominos Pizza Dough

Does Dominos really put cheese in their dough? Maybe.

1 packet active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 cups warm Water about 110°F
1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3 cups Bread Flour
2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1/8 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 cup grated Asiago Cheese
2 tablespoons Oil

In a large mixing bowl, mix together yeast, water, sugar and oil. Set aside until foamy.
Add 1/2 of the flour and all of the salt. Using your hands, mix the ingredients until well blended.
Add both cheeses and another 1/2 cup of the flour. Incorporate these into the mixture.
Keep adding 1/2 cups of flour and mixing until all the flour is gone.
Set dough onto a floured area and knead for about five minutes. Roll into a ball.
Coat a large bowl with oil. Set dough ball in bowl. Cover bowl with a damp dish towel and let dough rise for about 1 1/2 hours, or until the dough ball has grown twice as large.
Remove and follow instructions on pizza or other recipe (calzones, flatbreads, etc.).
