Who doesn't love CB pancakes! Whether you eat them plain or with blueberries or pecans, they are delicious.
2 cups sifted All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups Buttermilk
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Beat with a spoon until well combined.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto a lightly oiled hot griddle.
Cook until pancake started to brown around the edges, and flip.
