Making Sweet Tea

We have some loose tea. A lot of loose tea. Which made us have to figure out how much tea is in a tea bag. It turns out 1 regular tea bag holds ~1 teaspoon of tea. A family size tea bag = 4 regular tea bags = 4 teaspoons of tea. So if you are making a whole gallon like we do, you will need 16 teaspoons (1/3 cup) of loose tea to make that gallon nice and tasty. And don't forget the sugar. You can't have southern sweet tea without sugar!
