World's Best Peanut Butter Cookies

Adam found this recipe. He's been on a quest off and on to find the best recipes he can (or rather recipes that we all love and would become our go to recipe). He found this one here. They are soft, moist, and really all that you could want in a peanut butter cookie. The only thing we did differently is to roll them in sugar before baking them.

2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1½ cups peanut butter
2½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter together. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and vanilla extract.
Using the medium Pampered Chef scoop, scoop out and roll in sugar. Place on pan and press down lightly.
Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 53 3" cookies
