Key Lime Pie

Blog Chef puts out some fantastic recipes, especially Chinese ones! My friend Sharon J told me about him.

5 eggs yolks, beaten
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup key lime juice
1 9" prepared graham cracker crust

Pre-heat the oven to 375°. In a large bowl combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped cream.
