This is from the Prego jar, but it was in the Taste of Home Bonus Book from June/July 2006.
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cups pasta sauce (we use the Del Monte or Hunts big can of spaghetti sauce)
1 tbsp olive oil
1½ lbs skinless boneless chicken breast
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6oz)
Stir 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese into pasta sauce. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook 10 minutes or until browned and no longer pink. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
