A friend taught me this recipe years ago but she called it mostaccioli. It turns out that is the name of a pasta, like radiatore, ziti, elbows, and piccolini. We usually use radiatore, just because we like how they look.
1 lb pasta
1 26.5 oz can of pasta sauce
1 14oz diced tomatoes (drained)
Boil your pasta (we use 1 lb for 6 people roughly) and drain. Put into a baking dish. Add tomatoes, pasta sauce, Parmesan cheese (your desired amount). Stir together and level out in pan. Sprinkled desired amount of mozzarella on top and bake at 300° until cheese is melted and pasta is heated thoroughly.
