8oz cream cheese, softened, cut up
8oz sour cream
1c (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
2-3 jalapenos, seeded, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp butter
1/4c panko bread crumbs
In a 2qt slow cooker, combine first 7 ingredients. Cover and cook on low 2 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking.
Before serving, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in bread crumbs; cook 3-4 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle crumbs on dip and serve.
