Ham & Provolone Sliders

We made these for part of Christmas snacks and man were they delicious! Making them again for dinner on New Year's Day 2014. That's how yummy there are. The original recipe made 12, but we make them 24 at a time.

24 whole Hawaiian Rolls, Split
24 slices ham
12 slices provolone cheese, quartered
8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp honey dijon mustard
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp poppy seeds

Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place the butter in a glass measuring cup and melt in the microwave about 30-60 seconds. Add the brown sugar, honey mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and stir until combined.
Place the bottom of the rolls in a 9x13 pan.
Assemble the sandwiches in this order: brush the bottom bread with the melted sauce, place 1 piece of cheese, 1 slice of ham folded in quarters, 2nd piece of cheese. Brush other piece of bread and place on top of stack.
When you stack all 24 sliders, add poppy seeds to leftover butter mixture. Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the sandwiches.
Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the butter mixture starts to caramelize, about 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
