Sweet Cornbread #2

A really good cornbread recipe since we were out of honey, but we did have to cook it longer than 35 minutes and of course we tweaked it.

1 cup cornmeal
3 cups flour
1-1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup coconut oil
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoon honey
4 eggs, beaten
2½ cups milk

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. In a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the oil, melted butter, honey, eggs, and milk. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
